Beautiful Skin To have beautiful skin stay hydraded with plenty of water. Also vitamins A, B Complex, C, E and fatty acids such as Omega-3 are needed daily. Nuts eaten in moderation will provide the proper fatty acids. Lastly please don't forget to eat daily amounts of beta-carotene in carrots and papaya.
