Gnocchi

50 students learned and prepared their own gnocchi. Using their hands to mix flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper, each student was able to make their own take home gnocchi dough made during this class exercise. Cooking instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add 1t salt into the water. Carefully drop gnocchi into the boiling water. Gnocchi float when cooked, usually in two minutes for small gnocchi. Students used cheese and herbs to top their gnocchi.

Kids did a great job preparing gnocchi! They were attentive and got the exercise completed.
