Omelet

	50 students cracked eggs and learned how to prepare American and French style omelets. The kids choose their own fillings and made their own omelets. Vegetables highlighted are tomato's and mushrooms. Herbs highlighted were chives, parsley, basil and tarragon. Kids learned how fresh herbs freshen a dish, and how to work with fresh vegetables.

Kids are now omelet makeing machines! And can now tell the hotel chef how they want their omelets made.
