Kids had a great time preparing crepes! 50 students prepared their choice of regular and chocolate crepes. These crepes had 66% less fat and calories as regular crepe recipes.

Session 2: Gnocchi
50 students prepared their own gnocchi.

Each student took home the gnocchi dough that was made during this program.
Session 3: Omelets 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders learned about making omelets American styles and French style. Each child handled their own omelet skillet to make their own. They selected ingredients and cooked an omelet. Other skills were cracking eggs and making the omelet mixture.
Session 4: Crostini Incredible, exciting session where students learned about crostinis. 4 different varieties were introduced and the kids helped make them. Many new fresh spinach fans were made as kids overcame their concerns about eating fresh vegetables.
Session 5: Chocolate Chocolates are a festive part of the holiday season. Kids look forward to new things every year. Here we did chocolate dipped pretzels topped with colored sugars and sprinkles. Then we made some truffles from scratch. So easy and delicious!.
