Omelet

	27 students (4th and 5th graders) engaged with Chef Scott and the Chefsville Kids crew on an adventure to make delicous omelets. Kids learned and prepared American and French style omelets. The kids choose their own fillings (ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, chives, parsley, basil and tarragon). Kids learned how fresh herbs liven a dish.

Kids are now omelet makeing machines! And can now tell the hotel chef how they want their omelets made.
